How the lyrics link to our ideas - Planning - A2 Media
Our video is all about two people who have romantic feelings
for each other, but don’t have the courage to tell each other. This causes them
to be unaware of the others feelings toward them. Their sudden realisation of
their feelings for each other is highlighted in the line ‘All I knew this
morning when I woke / is I know something now, know something now I didn’t
before’ this shows they have realised what they want.
However by the end of the video the girl has decided that
she can’t wait for him anymore and finds someone else. This links to the line
‘everything has changed’ as she herself has changed by meeting someone else.
In our video we want to show the male actor trying to show
his feelings for the girl, we did this by getting him to hold open doors for
her, this links to the line ‘All I know is you held the door’ this shows that
he is being a gentlemen to her, but by the end of the video he stops holding
the door open as he sees no point.
